• Our team will confirm your order falls within the 60-day window
• Once confirmed, a refund is issued to your original payment method

Processing time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of confirmation, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

What's covered

The guarantee applies to the purchase price of MemoClear bottles. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable outside of shipping errors on our part.
